“After graduating from IHM-A, I joined Marriott International (@marriotthotels) as a management trainee. My journey with Marriott has taken me to various destinations in India and Manila in Philippines. I have also had the golden opportunity to work in the world acclaimed luxurious hotel – The Oberoi Udaivilas (@theoberoiudaivilas) in Udaipur. During my time there, I was honoured to served some elite clientele and was also an active part of the Ambani Wedding.
Over the decade of my association with the hospitality industry, I have been blessed to have worked with some really amazing people like Mr. Amit Kaul, General Manager, Udaivilas & Chef Meik Brammer, Executive Chef, Manila Marriott Hotel, Philippines.
It gives me great pleasure to teach in the same college where I was a student over a decade ago. I would like to share my gratitude to my mentors Dr. Satish Jayaram, Chef Gerard D’souza, Mr. Rushad Kavina, and the faculty for grooming me to become the professional I am today.”
