“During my time at IHM-A Chef Gerard and Chef Chaturvedi, the urbane Dr. Jayaram and other faculty instilled the ethics of a hotelier, which helped me excel in my professional career.
I was recruited by the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts where I learned a plethora of skills and techniques, which augmented my knowledge. I have been with the American Serviced Apartment giant, Oakwood, where I have worked extensively in Corporate Sales and currently, I am the Head of Marketing & Communications. ⠀
I keep in touch with the Food & Beverage community by writing, taking craft cocktail sessions, traveling, and disturbing my batchmates at odd hours so they let me in their bars/restaurants. ⠀
