“After graduating from IHM-A, I have gained immense experience in some of the iconic hotels in India with the Taj . I also got the opportunity to travel to a few countries. Working on a cruise was quite challenging but it helped me bring out the best of me and to add to it, seeing an ample quality ingredients was a dream come true. It was my pleasure to be associated with Taj while it was receiving highest accolades for its success. Trattoria won the Best 24 hour Italian Eatery at the prestigious Times Food Award in 2009 and in 2016, Tiqri won the award of the Noteworthy Newcomer at the Times Food Award.⠀
