Christmas tradition continues

The cake mixing ritual is often celebrated to ring in the joy of the Christmas season. It begins quite early, mostly in the first week of December itself. It is an age-old tradition where large quantity of dry fruits and nuts are combined together to form a mixture. This mixture is then soaked in alcoholic blends for some days to let them soak all the flavours and aroma. It is believed that this elaborate mixing process is what gives the cake its unique flavour, aroma and texture.

Every year our students have enjoyed this tradition with enthusiasm.
