Registration Fee

₹500 per entry, per competition category.

Registration Deadline

1 October 2026
Late entries will not be accepted.

Food Preparation

Entries may be fully prepared or partially prepared requiring only final finishing at the venue, as permitted under the competition rules.

Participant Responsibility

Participants must bring ingredients, equipment, utensils, knives, service ware, presentation plates and cutlery.

Hospitality by IHM-A

All registered participants will receive Breakfast, Tea, Lunch and Refreshments during the competition.

Accommodation

Accommodation is to be arranged by participants. IHM-A can provide details of nearby budget-friendly hotels on request.
